San Churro Rockingham

I go to a lot of restaurants and venues and I only came here because my friends enjoy San Churros.But I have to say, a female employee named Jacinta gave the best customer service I’ve had in 10 years!She was very polite, with a friendly and welcoming smile, and it’s her customer service that won me over today and I will definitely be back in future! Thankyou Jacinta !

Myself and some friends came to San Churros for dessert on Saturday night. EVERY table had left over plates and food. We had to clear a table ourselves to be able to sit down. The service was ridiculously slow. I don't know what the manager was up to that night but it wasn't managing the store that's for sure. We were all so disgusted that we will never go there again.

Went in today, to redeem an offer for a birthday month promotion. Walked in and showed the staff member (Who was polite, and this is nothing against that person) both the email and scanned my San Churros card to verify my offer. Unfortunately the card is pointless now, because you have to have the San Churros app downloaded to your phone as well. It is ridiculous that even though you can present both an email and card to verify your account, you still need to have their specific app downloaded as well, for a business that we rarely go to.The fact they send promotions to your email, but still insist that you use their app is just a nuisance. This is the first time I've had to have a specific app to redeem an offer that was sent via email. Extremely disappointed.

We had a great time today! As always our churros were scrumptious and Ana our host was charming, serving us promptly and checking we had everything we wanted and needed, she even chatted with our kids making them feel special. It was a great way to finish our Mother's Day celebrations!!

The food and service was great! However, the manager, or what seemed to be the person in charge spoke rather aggressive and rude to the younger staff member. She continuously provoked the young girl questioning whether she actually did do her task, where the manager then went to physically check. From watching and observing this I felt rather uncomfortable for the young staff member and felt sorry for her as the manager then continued to ignore and respond in shrugs.

Ordering electronically and not having paper menus is a bad move in my opinion. Glad you can still order at the counter too but we all spend too much time on our phones already and now have to look at the phone again to see the menu. Some staff were very helpful and friendly.
